Fynsi helps Nigerian business owners track money in and out, get plain-English insights, chat about their numbers, and keep an operations manual.

Fynsi is not a bank, accountant, or financial adviser. What you see in the app comes from what you log — it may not match your bank balance exactly. We do not guarantee profits, loans, or tax outcomes.

You will use Fynsi lawfully and only for your own business (or businesses you are allowed to manage).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the income, expenses, and other information you enter.

You will keep your login secure. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You will not misuse the service — for example by trying to break in, scrape other users’ data, or send spam through our systems.

We store your business profile, transactions, chat history with Fynsi, generated insights, and your operations manual when you create one.

Our AI features only use your own business data to answer you. We do not mix your numbers with another customer’s data, and we do not use your private transactions to train public AI models.

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon PostgreSQL in the United States (encrypted at rest)). Connections are encrypted in transit; storage is encrypted at rest.

Only you can see your full account today. If we add team members later, you will choose who can access your workspace.

To run Fynsi we work with trusted providers, including:

Mono — optional bank linking to import transactions (only if you connect your account).

Paystack — subscription billing when you upgrade.

Resend — sign-in emails and notifications you opt into.

OpenAI and Anthropic — power chat and insights using your business context.

Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices. We only share what is needed for the feature you use.

Fynsi offers free and paid plans. Paid features, prices, and limits are shown in the app before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in Settings. Promo codes may grant temporary access as described when you redeem them.

Refunds follow Paystack’s and our billing policy shown at checkout.

You can export your data from Settings at any time.

You can delete your account from Settings. We mark accounts for deletion and remove personal data according to our retention process (see in-app messaging on the goodbye screen).

You can turn off email and push notifications in Settings.

We may update these Terms & Privacy when the product or law changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

If we make important changes, we may ask you to agree again before you continue using Fynsi.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.
